Based on iterative cycles and by constantly integrating the vision of the end user before and especially during, we build a reliable application that meets real expectations, while remaining in a production cycle of less than 3 months.

Step 2 : Design sprint & Specs MVP*
In a second step we prototype an answer to a problem. Then we validate the assumptions and define the business strategy.
We determine together the functional scope by estimating and prioritizing it.

Step 3 : Realisation MVP
We create the first version of the application and put it online
- Sprint 1: Analysis of the users’ behavior and proposal of improvements
- Sprint N : Integration of selected improvements
